We had a lovely stay at Riverside cottage. The house was really comfortable, warm and welcoming. The history of the building was fascinating too. We really enjoyed snuggling up by the log burner and jumping in the hot tub in the rain! When the weather was better the garden was perfect for a few games with the kids and a cup of tea on the terrace. Would definitely stay here again.
Our stay was too wonderful for words. The warm welcome and attentive hosting stood out. The house and grounds are simply stunning. A beautiful location with walks immediately available, we would recommend a wak to the Inn at Freshford for lunch. A very inviting hot tube, open fire and comfortable furniture and beds. Such a beautiful place to wake up to each morning, with everything you could require available. Can't wait to return.
It was a lovely gateway and super peaceful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere very peaceful and calming surrounded by nature
Great place to stay, was warm and welcoming. Had lovely scenery. The hosts were friendly and great. Would definitely visit again
