We had a great stay with our young baby. Sarah was very welcoming and helpful. The space is perfect, the location is very peaceful and set amongst some beautiful countryside.

For attending events at Layer Marney Tower, the location of this gem is absolutely ideal. Stunning and beautifully modernised little barn cottage. We were grateful to Sarah for the flexibility on check in time. What a lovely place to stay and so peaceful. Thank you Sarah!

We stayed at the lodge for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful, very cosy, peaceful and spotlessly clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Sarah was very friendly and made us feel at home from the beginning. We also loved the location as it's very close from Abberton Reservoir and Blackwater Estuary, which is ideal if you like birding. I would strongly recommended it.
