Very nicely equipped cabin in a group of 13. All the comments about road noise are correct. It is right above Route 1 and the traffic is loud and continuous 24/7. I put on the white noise function on my phone and slept fine. Would not prevent us from staying again. Had a Little trouble finding it. The light at the end of the entrance road was out and it’s impossible to see where to turn at night especially if you’re coming up from Boothbay Harbor. Assume that will get fixed. Otherwise. Loved having a fire pit and grill outside. The hot plate was also useful for cooking. Bathroom was fine good water pressure. Excellent towels!! Bedroom was comfortable. Comfy living room. Loved the recliner that was a big bonus. TV was easy to use. Loved having all the apps in one place. Was easy enough to login to all the apps to get Max, Disney, Hulu etc. Was really nice to be right on Rt 1 to visit all the neighboring towns or run out for food. Bottom line would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s cottage. Cute little cabin nestled among others affordably priced and conveniently located along Rt. 1. Communicating with Jeff was very easy and he was eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable and went smoothly. Would certainly recommend.

Jeff’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Maine. It had all the basic necessities we needed, and the location was ideal. The grill and fire pit was a great area to relax. Jeff is a responsive and attentive host who checked in on us multiple times which we appreciated. I highly recommend this cute Edgecomb cottage!
