Staying at hidden gem was a gem. It was the perfect location for me Since I was helping my daughter move out of her dorm at UPenn. Jermane's place is 7 mins from campus. The apt was clean and well equipped. Each night I arrive to the apt exhausted in need of a hot shower and Netflix. There are 3 large Screens In each of the rooms. The bedrooms are at the opposite ends of the row apartment making for quiet and privacy. Kitchen had all the amenities and there was a nice welcome gift. Best of all, when I had question about the dryer Jermaine was responsive. He even sent a maintenance person over that day within the hour of blue to discover I was pushing the wrong knob!! Thanks for a great stay, it was a perfect way to end freshman year.

One of the better Airbnb's I have ever stayed at. Clean, seemingly quite new and well-maintained, and Jermane is super responsive. Also better equipped than most in many respects. You should however bring your own personal soaps and shampoo as those are not provided. Extremely quiet and peaceful, lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby, and an easy walk to the Penn campus. Overall highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Jermane's place. The apartment has everything you need and at the same time, it is free of clutter and thoughtfully designed. The host added nice touches to make us feel welcome, which we appreciated. We loved the tea and coffee station and the comfortable couch. The apartment was sparkling clean. The house is quiet and we had a good rest. If you are a sensitive person, you may be disturbed by the flashing blue light that gets into the master bedroom from the nearby gas station at night. It did not bother me though and I could sleep very well. The living room has no windows to let the daylight in, which was a minus since I worked remotely from the apartment. Overall, our stay was a great experience and we would definitely come back again. Thank you for being an amazing host, Jermane!

Jermane's place was great! It was clean and conveniently located for what we wanted to do. (Our daughter lives about a block away.) Coffee and food was within walking distance, and it was a short drive to Fish Town, where we had dinner one night. The place was comfortable, and Jermane left some snacks, water, and even a bottle of wine, which were much appreciated after our drive! Jermane was a great host - responsive and patient with our questions. We had a great time, and we'll likely stay there again!
