Quentin was very responsive and friendly but the apartment was not what we were expecting. There is a very strong smell that comes up from the vents of the restaurant below and even though we had an air purifier it does not do much. Location is great and in walking distance of many tourist attractions.

Quentin’s place was amazing and in a great location, nearest train station was only a 5 minute walk away! The street is very busy and loud with restaurants, but this was not an issue as when the windows are shut it is practically silent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very clean on arrival. The key slot in the front door could be a little stiff to turn but that is an incredibly minor detail. Felt very safe staying here as a group of women.

The location is excellent and felt very safe and secure. Quentin was very responsive to my questions and was accommodating when we arrived earlier than anticipated and immediately sent the instructions to get in the apartment. The apartment wasn’t particularly clean and the furniture and linens had stains. There was a smell from the restaurant below as the other reviews have mentioned. And the “air purifier” seemed more like a fan to circulate air, didn’t really help with the smells. Overall it was fine. We didn’t really spend much time in the apartment anyways because we were out all day exploring the city! Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the metro.

Casa de Quentin realmente é muito bem localizada, com vários restaurantes, supermercados, farmácia, Shopping (300 metros) e estacão de Metro muito próxima. Fizemos quase todos os pontos turísticos de Paris a pé a maioria fica no máximo a 2,5 km da casa. Poderia melhorar em alguns pontos: roupas de cama serem padrão igual a hotel como descrito no anuncio do apartamento, encontramos Edredon de cores diferentes e não estava dobrado no guarda roupa isso aparentava que não estava limpo, cada toalha era uma cor, aparentemente o apartamento parece ser um pouco maior que o real nas fotos. De toda forma o apartamento de Quentin nos agradou pela localização e comodidade de ter restaurantes e supermercados em frente.
