This accommodation had everything I wanted most. I heard the birds chirping, and the insects singing, and to my surprise, I saw fireflies. There is silence here. Recommended for those who want to experience the luxury of silence.

An absolutely lovely stay, picturesque, calm, peaceful. The hosts were always a message away and the caretaker and his family who live on the property were very helpful. I brought my pup along for the trip and she loved being on the farm and made fast friends with the neighborhood farm dogs. I did have to keep an eye on her because the other dogs showed her how to escape the fencing-- but all in all we had a wonderful stay. Hope to be back again soon.

We had stayed at Vikram's beautiful farmhouse for two days over the weekend in November 2023. The stay was just about 2.5h from bangalore and easily accessible by road. There was no difficulty in locating the stay. The home was beautifully designed,minimalistic and kept clean. The linens were neat and furniture was cozy.The surroundings were aesthetically pleasing- lush green farms, agricultural lands, bullock cart in the field,misty mornings with birds and butterflies.There were some books , sports equipment such as badminton racket , yoga mats and cricket bat to keep one occupied. It's a perfect place to unwind , relax and do nothing. As for food and other necessities, help at the stay-Bahadur and family made us light homely meals and snacks. My pet loved the peace and tranquility of the place . He loved running across the fields and jumping into puddle waters. Bahadur was very accommodating to allow us to use their freezer/fridge for storing pet good and for cooking our dogs food.

We were looking for a quiet place close to Somnathpura and chanced on this listing. It's about 30mins from the UNESCO Temple. When I booked the place I felt it was a bit over-priced, but when you experience the home, it all made sense. The gated property is located amongst orchards and fields - it's rural, green, woody and simple. Great care and attention has been paid to the design of the property and the home. From the interiors, furniture to bathroom fixtures. There's a pretty raised perimeter from which you can enjoy the garden. Mosquitoes are galore but expected. There was odomos in case you don't bring some. The caretaker was excellent. They live on site and provided tasty north indian style food in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this space for families looking to offer their children a taste of living on a small farm and exploring the countryside.
