Absolutely stunning home. It's better in person, than in pictures. Everyone in our party fell in love and envied Jose for owning such a beautiful space. We couldn't get enough of the pool and the spacious environment. It was private and hard to leave to enjoy the rest of the island. Jose is on it! Super responsive and great host.

As a business owner myself, I like to leave a good review, but unfortunately I cannot. This place did not have hot water, let alone water for 2 1/2 days. Also the air conditioner didn’t work for an entire night. When the owner came to fix it, he left us 12 water bottles For eight people to take showers. You do the calculations after asking for a partial refund, he called us a liar and said that we are wrong. When I have videos and text messages to prove it. If you stay at this location, please know that you will not have any water at any given time.

Beautiful place, very clean & every room is equally as nice. Rented the place for a girls trip & it was exactly what we needed. The pool is perfect & I loved all the nature sounds you can hear at night. Even when it rained it was still beautiful.

What can I say, my group loved Jose’s Airbnb. It was in Rio Grande, extremely close to many restaurants, grocery stores and fun activities. We went ATV riding at Carabali, ate at Las Picuas and made dinner a number of times at the house. It’s also very close to the Kiosks of Luquillo, there you will find many restaurants and souviner shops right on the beach. The home was minimalist and clean and the AC worked great. The pool was an awesome amenity and the sound of the Coquis every evening was amazing. Definetly recommend this stay!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. There are fun activities all around and nearby. The house was beautiful, private and so comfortable... This is on my top list of one of the best places to stay! Thank you for hosting us!
