Great apartment in a quiet little neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Nicely decorated too. Every bedroom had an AC unit and there was one in the living room too. Such a nice pool area where you could relax peacefully. There is a convenience store very close by that is open 24/7. In addition to this, there are also some restaurants that varied in quality. You can get to the bigger beaches, the bar area, and Downtown easily with the bus that comes very regularly (costs 12 pesos or $1). Communication was great. Girardo answered quickly and provided assistance quickly when needed at the apartment. We were a little bit bummed that the washer did not work. Girardo tried to have it fixed but the missing part did not arrive in time for checkout.

We had a very good stay at Gerardo’s place! It was very walkable to many places. Easy to hop on the bus if need be. Gerardo was extremely helpful and responsive. Our only complaints were the patio doors in the master bedroom being broken and the main floor bedroom smelled very musty - possibly a problem with the air conditioner? The house could also use bath mats in the bathrooms as the floors are all tile and slipping could be hazardous. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Pool is great. You have to ask the security guard to turn on the pump for the water slide. The place is right on the lagoon which you can catch snappers very easily. Just bring a small hook and some shrimp. Gerardo was very responsive and a nice guy!
