Beautiful house, it was easy to get there with clear directions that were provided. The pool was beautiful and the view was amazing. it's a little far from restaurants and main activities but still worth the drive. Everything around was beautiful. Thank you

The place is amazing in every aspect. I had a great experience with my family. It’s a very private place, everything works as expected. The house is very well designed and that makes it enjoyable. The view is beautiful, Gary is always available to respond any question or need. We found the place very clean and organized. We were looking for a place where we could rest and also to have privacy, we found it here. Internet, water and electricity work perfect all the time, the place in general is brand new. We enjoyed the pool and the BBQ, every area inside the house has A/C. You definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to access, but is not a complex place to access using navigation apps like Waze. We felt safe and comfortable all the time. I strongly recommend this place, we will come back for sure.

Quite the gem in Portalon area. The place was very clean and functional. The view was amazing. The road getting up the property is a little steep (our Hyundai Tuscon and Maserati Levante got up there with ease). The pool was well designed. The power goes out from time-to-time (typical in Costa Rica), but they had the internet battery-backed so it continued to work, which was a nice touch. They had cleaners available for hire -- they did an amazing job.

A short drive up the dirt road from the main route, it’s very easy to find. Very quiet and peaceful with great views of the Pacific Ocean from the back lounge area/infinity pool. There’s an overnight guard post on the road outside the home, but really not needed as the area has always felt very safe to us. We love Portalòn. We frequently drove back to Manuel Antonio and it’s only 40 min from the house. Dominical is 20 min and Uvita 40 as well. Local Sodas close by to eat at, some are hit or miss. Playa Linda and Playa Matapalo are a quick 10 min down from the house. You’ll see lots around the area with plenty of things to do. Make sure you get a 4x4 for this house rental and other places to visit in the area. Would stay again. The house is simple and peaceful and just right for us.
