House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Come spend some time unwinding and relaxing while looking at these amazing views. We are located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay - home of the wild goats/sheep and donkeys! Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and beaches are all located within a short drive from the house. House Aceso is a two story home but the stairs connecting both levels are located outside. The top floor consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a semi-outdoor shower. The bottom floor houses both bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed), a full bathroom, the laundry area, and a workstation, if needed. The separation of the floors is wonderful for privacy and quiet time - especially if you have a late-nighter in your group that likes to stay up to watch television! Both bedrooms and the top floor have split A/C units - although, aside from sleeping, you should rarely need A/C due to the amazing Caribbean breezes that blow through the home. Both bedrooms and the top floor have screened sliding glass doors that open to an expansive view of the blue waters and miles of islands. The pool is located on the bottom deck below the bedrooms. This also is great for keeping noises away from the main living area of the home. There are new lounge chairs and several Adirondack chairs on the deck. Enjoy the breezes and the amazing view as you lounge in the cool water of the pool! There is a brand new pool house that contains a small outdoor fridge and a comfy egg chair to relax in under shade. Please note - there are exactly 50 stairs from the top floor down to the pool. The house and pool were built to optimize the best view. The furniture was all replaced in 2022 and there is beautiful new modern tile upstairs. There are also all new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. We also provide a blender, coffee maker, air fryer, Ninja cookware, and all utensils. We have a huge variety of spices provided. There is a gas grill on the front porch (can't put it out back due to the breezes!). For beach days, we provide beach towels, snorkeling gear including full face masks, beach chairs, a beach tent, coolers, and a beach stroller to carry it all in. We also provide an Orion StarBlast 6i telescope for looking at the night skies.
