Such a beautiful house, sitting by a stunning lake. It's super cozy, giving you those amazing views from every angle. Joel was friendly and responsive, me and my friends felt right at home. It's the ultimate chill spot by the lake – pure bliss!

My family spent a week at Joel's cottage. We had a great time. I love the open-concept space and the fabulous view of the lake through the front windows. Joel was a great host. He was very responsive with any questions I had and provided a great info package about the cottage and surrounding area. My kids really enjoyed the recreational equipment (badminton set, ping pong, aqua lily pad, paddle boards and kayak, board games). We also enjoyed the Netflix and Disney+ :) The beds are very comfortable. I loved that the linens were provided. Lovely, large main bathroom and second bathroom. Neighbours were very friendly. Great fire pit. Lovely walks and hiking trails not too far away.

Our family stayed for a week at Joel's cottage and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as Joel described. The area was quiet and calm. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of space for our family of 4. The view of the lake from the cottage was amazing. The pictures don't do it justice! The deck was a great place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee. The yard was huge and ideal for a family game of badminton. The lake was calm and great for taking out the SUP and kayak. Joel was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Joel was a super lovely host! Very responsive and proactive with communication. Property was extremely clean, tidy, and the cottage was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check-in/out was a breeze! Nice big lake front area to enjoy and all the water toys! The cottage gets a little hot but it had plenty of fans and a dehumidifier which helped a lot. Our only concerns had nothing to do with Joel nor the cottage, it was the neighbours. Unfortunately, one neighbour had a dog that was not very friendly and repeatedly came on to Joel's property but Joel very quickly addressed it which was very appreciated. The neighbour on the other side was getting their trees trimmed on one of the days of our stay so it was very loud all day and sawdust in the air. We ended up leaving the cottage for the day while the trees were being trimmed next door. Again, out of Joel's control and it was our decision to check out some amenities nearby while the tree cutting occurred.
