The house was nice and having three bedrooms with master bathrooms makes it pretty good for a friends and couples retreat. Unfortunately the lake has dried up and the views are not great, plus the outdoor area was not well taken care of with a dirty grill and fire pit. All bedrooms have big tvs and so does the upstairs game room. The upper floor bedroom has its own ac controls and it helps quite a bit as the upstairs can get a bit warm, but not the bedroom. The gas grill uses propane tanks. I asked the owner if they would provide one (it was empty) or if we had to buy one. But I never got a response on that through the Airbnb app so we ended up buying it ourselves. I guess the next guests can enjoy the propane tank. Make sure and grill! The kitchen was clean, but the oven pans were all dirty/oily and I had to wash them before use. Not a big issue but when they charge a cleaning fee I’d expect to have all kitchen tools clean. It’s 40 mins to Austin downtown. Overall an ok stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing private house which is surrounded by nature and clear view of Lake Travis. Plenty for living space and bedrooms. Nice backyard with fire pit and plenty of wood logs. House is 10mins way from shopping area ( HEB , restaurants..etc) and 5mins away for boat rental place. Few parks around as well for the little ones to enjoy.

great place for big families...the house has all u need to have a good time. definitely recommend it

The house is beautiful, you have everything you could need in each of the rooms, Jared is available if you need anything during your stay, everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable, I would definitely stay again if visiting Austin again.
