You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are a beach front property at 3499 S Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931. The beach is steps from the door. 5 min drive to Cocoa Beach downtown, shops restaurants, water sports and Boardwalk at the Cocoa Beach Pier is 6.7 miles away. This two queen-bed room is on the ground floor offers two queen-beds with beach-theme comforter and pillowcases, a mini-fridge, microwave and a coffee maker. Our beac Relax in your room or on our large oceanfront patio and balcony with a cup of coffee. We have different size units ranging from a standard one queen-bed rooms; one queen-bed room with ocean view; one queen studio with kitchen; 2 queen-bed rooms; two-bedroom suites with kitchen; and two-bedroom suites with kitchen and panoramic ocean view. Each of our unit was renovated in 2019. The suites have a full kitchen (for cooking meals or re-heating left-overs), full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. Enjoy complimentary hi-speed Wi-Fi (never a resort fee) inside or outside, and breath-taking views each day you stay with us. You’ll enjoy staying on our beachfront property as much as exploring all the area attractions.

Great location= near amenities, yet away from the busier parts of the area. Practically a private beach to yourself sometimes. Sunsets across the street with a good restaurant 1 mile away with dockside tables was lovely. Clean room just as pictured, shower was very good. We liked the beach towels, chairs, and body boards available at our stay. Staff was responsive to each request. Able to walk barefoot directly to the ocean in 1 minute for recreation and the sunrise.
Me and my mother stayed here just one night prior to getting on a cruise. This is exactly what you need for a one night stay, very good location, right on the beach, amazing Taco pace in walkable distance, and only 20 mins from the cruise ports. The only thing I have to say is the beds are not extremely comfortable but every else was perfect!

From Melbourne International Airport, take US1/North Harbor City Boulevard. Turn right onto East, Left on North A1A 91/2 miles. Anthony's is on the beach side past Patrick Air Force Base. Served by Delta and US Airways.
Going Southbound on I-95, take Exit 205, Beeline (Hwy. 528); Turn left (east) and continue until you reach A1A. Continue south on A1A. We are six miles south of the Ron Jon Surf Shop.
Going Northbound on I-95, take Exit 183. Turn right on Eau Gallie Causeway (Hwy 518). Continue east to A1A on the beach. Turn left (north) on A1A and pass Patrick Air Force Base. We are ½ mile north of Patrick Air Force Base on the beachside.
