Basically, fine. There were some inconveniences, though: there was only one handtowel and no washcloths for each couple; there were no dishtowels; there are 4 burnt-out candle-type light bulbs in the dining room; the upstairs ensuite bathroom towel ring by the shower was missing but I could see the holes - later I saw the ring on a shelf in the bathroom closet, but the holes were reamed out so badly that it wouldn't stay in them; there need to be dressers in the bedrooms, as folks had to put their clothes on the floor; you said that your contractor would furnish road salt for the concrete walk and outside stairs, however, there was no salt provided. Thankfully I brought a bag "just-in-case", as the outside walk and stairs were icy when we arrived. Also, the outside concrete stairs don't meet the Ontario building code as there is no handrail. Handrails are required if there are more than three steps. This stairway has five steps.

Madiha's place was perfect for our family trip to Kingston/1000 Islands. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and she gave us clear instructions before check in. The home was exactly as pictured - the indoor garden was so beautiful and unique. We would definitely rebook with Madiha in the future!

Beautiful country surroundings, close to Grass Creek Park & beach. Well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea & hot chocolate as a bonus. Loved the grounds, the firepit & the peace & calmness of the property. Thank you Madiha for another wonderful stay!

what a wonder little get away! kingston has Alot to offer and with a great place to stay it made it all the more better! The private quite atmosphere was great for star gazing and the MASSIVE lawn was great for throwing the football and Frisby around! Madiha was a great host and the house was Tidy, extremely organized and cozy! thanks again for having us!
