Gina’s Beach Bum Bungalow was a darling contributor to our Newport stay. Access to the beach was incredible, finding the location was simple, and Gina’s personal history with the property added a unique and special flair.

Enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, bakery, coffee and walks on the beach. We also took in the sunset from the property. We appreciated the smart tv and fireplace.

I loved this cottage with views out to the ocean! It was comfortable and clean and exactly what I wanted for a long weekend on the coast. The location was excellent with restaurants and shops and a bakery just down the street. I’d love to come back!

This stay had a cool ship vibe and only a short walk away from thr beach. I could see the waves crash from out the window.

What a great spot! Private little pirate commune smack on the coast with a couple quiet benches to enjoy the sun setting on the Pacific. The price was well worth it, but paying ~75% of the nightly rate in cleaning fees was a bit much considering the size. Will definitely be coming back.
