We booked this house for some of our guests who came to Amaliapoli for a family event. It was a great stay, perfectly located next to all restaurants and bars. The house stays cool even during hot days but could use a few air conditioners. We did not get the chance to meet Vaggelis, but the communication was good. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Une maison paradisiaque, dans un village ultra agréable, rien ne manque, la maison est typique, fraîche. Commerces à proximité, vue imprenable, la mer est à 10 mètres, tout le monde est hyper accueillant et la tortue amène une note rigolote. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve.

Chose this villa because of downstairs bedroom and bathroom for 90 year old traveller and for its central location (flatish) in a small village. No where else offered this here. However this turned out to be a great choice. The villa is beautiful has dishwasher, washing machine, loads of communal space. Perfect for a family of 9 aged 6 to 90. The owners suite allowed the couple with the child to be separate as a family with their own entrance and entry to the main area. Allowed the rest of us to sleep in 😀 We were visiting this beautiful village location as part of a much larger group for a wedding so the communal space was very important. Hosted a BBQ for about 30 people who all loved the villa. Local supermarket had no charcoal but sent someone off round the village to locate some and delivered about 30 mins later. This sums up the local attitude. Everyone was very helpful. Big plus point is the pudding bar across the road (I would recommend this Villa on the doorstep desserts alone ) you can also get an awesome Mango daiquiri there, they ran out of mango and got creative with water melon & lemons also great. Main downside is the mosquitoes, not the owners fault, however the villa has built in nets on all bedroom windows. Sprays, creams, plugin thingys were available though not sure if left by previous guests or the owner. We were unaware of the issue on night 1- as arrived 10:15 pm so suffered a bit (lol) Take anti histamine tablets and cream with you as the mozzies are determined little buzzers. We were lucky as the Brides Mum's family lives 20 mins away in a town so could grab antihistamine stuff at the pharmacy. Not the owners fault he provided adequate protection. Just daft English idiots didn't find the window nets till 2nd day. A couple of minor issues with cooking gas running out on day 2 and no hot water (my dad 90 & brother (?!?) wanted this, no one else cared in +36° ) both were dealt with very quickly (gas and water not dad n brother) Biggest dissapointment-no kettle, we just used the coffee percolater to heat the water instead but takes ages Now I'm part of a nearby (Alymiros) based family I'm hoping to be invited back to this area in the future and would stay here again if the owner Vaggelis forgives us for the Brides Hen Party Glitter (could not locate a vaccum cleaner) and 1 broken glass (hoped he hadn't counted them) Almost forgot the resident tortoise, think it might need a bigger shell after all the food our 6 year old gave it. I don't think they have elastic or velcro waistbands but they lobve melon, tomato and nutella sandwich crusts.

The house is located at the water front and the view from it's balconies was amazing. The village is small and quite with few café bars, a couple of restaurants, supermarket and a grocery shop. The village also has a beautiful swimming beach and an amazing waterfront walkway. The house is very spacious with two balconies overlooking the bay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the large living room was great for relaxing and resting. We were two families with kids and had wonderful time. I highly recommend staying in this home for families. Vaggelis was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

A really nice traditional house by the sea. I was surprised to see that the house was a lot better up close. Spacious and cozy rooms. Vaggelis was really prompt and helpful with any information we needed.
