Fantastic apartment close to shops and beach - perfect for couples. Parking is very convenient with the Orchard Car Park a two minute walk from the flat. The apartment is light and airy with private gardens at the front and rear. Nestled within the arts quarter, shops and cafes are close to hand whilst the beach is just a short walk through the public gardens. A private courtyard provides useful storage for bikes and beach things. The whole flat is large and spacious - 68m sq in total - with a living room of 5m x 5m. You walk in to a good sized entrance hall to hang coats and leave shoes. The living room is very large and bright and has a round table and two chairs in the bay window over looking the frontage. The room is newly carpeted, freshly decorated and furnished to a high standard with a three seater sofa to stretch out on and 42" Sony Smart LED TV. The bedroom has a new double bed with an incredibly comfortable mattress, memory foam topper for extra luxury, non-allergy bedding and black out curtains to provide a perfect nights rest. There is a hanging rail, mirror and hair dryer. The bathroom is a good size with walk in shower, basin, lavatory and full sized bath with taps and mixer. The basin mirror has a power point for electric toothbrushes and shavers. The kitchen is bright and sunny, with windows that look out over the rear courtyard. It is fully equipped and offers a family fridge, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the chopping boards, knives and pans you would expect to find. There is also a DAB radio with Bluetooth. There is a bright breakfast room/conservatory leading off the kitchen, with a table and chairs for your morning coffee or breakfast. The hallway is wide and has a desk as a designated work space for those needing to catch up on emails.... or just wordle. Other things to note We are happy for you to bring a small to medium sized dog to stay with an additional cleaning fee of £15 but ask you to please do not allow him/her to go on the furniture. We provide dog towels to dry off muddy coats and paws.
Had a perfect stay at Gabby’s. Gabby was a great host and responded with a queries. Property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, easy to walk to the town and to the sea. Car park was a few mins away so very easy to find. Would stay again.
This is a very convenient flat where I have previously stayed. I lived in Seaton for some years and my niece lives in the same building. The flat is generally very comfortable, and I shall happily book further visits.
Cedric House is located on the historic Beer Road, in the Cultural Quarter of Seaton. Shops, cafes, second hand book shops, the Gateway Theatre and pubs are just a 5 minute walk - and the beautiful beach with seafront cafes is a short walk through the park.
Parking is a 2 minute walk at the Orchard Road Car Park. Summer and Winter prices are very reasonable and can be checked on their website.
