Come let your worries melt away as you watch the amazing sunsets and listen to the loons chorus! This is a private, convenient, peaceful lot that is 20 min to Bangor and less than an hour to Acadia National Park. Davis pond has great fishing right off the dock! This camp is easy to access off of Rt 9 in Eddington. Within 5 miles you have a small grocery store, Dollar General, Dunkin’ and a gas station. There are 3 golf courses, multiple restaurants, ice cream, and shopping all within 20 mins. This beautiful lakeside lot has a gentle slope toward the water but is relatively flat at the water. There are 3 buildings on the property that make up the camp. The main camp has a kitchen area with a full size fridge, toaster, microwave, air fryer, griddle, electric cook top, Keurig, coffee maker, water dispenser, and all the necessary cooking supplies. The bedroom sits just feet from the water and has a full size bed and a twin bed. The second glass/screen house sits about 20 feet from the water has the dining area, futon, and TV/DVD player. The bunk house holds bunk beds and is a small space but perfect for older kids. There is no indoor plumbing however, lake water is pumped to the outdoor shower and hose for doing dishes. This is a CAMP. There is a porta potty on the lot that gets pumped on Mondays. You will have access to 2 paddle boards, life jackets, fishing poles, dock, and water mat.
