The location is excellent with a rather unique history. The mountain views are great. The wildlife is very present on the property. However, There were a multitude of small things in the accommodations that made the stay less than pleasant. Peter was responsive during our stay and we were able to remedy some issues. This place has great potential and I hope once the small things get fixed this can be a future guest's desert oasis.

This is my THIRD stay with Peter, and that should speak volumes. He is a great host with a great place.

Peter's place is located in one of the best places in North America for dark skies and astronomy. It is a cool place and very comfortable. Peter is also a very kind host. When I had to cut my stay short (my wife got COVID and I had to return home), Peter, without any prompting or request, refunded money to me. It took the sting out of the circumstances and was exceedingly generous. I will be back with my family!

We had a wonderful time. The Host was super friendly and even came back to meet us after my son forgot some toys. The views are amazing and the house was very beautiful and spacious. We are hoping to go back again soon! Thank you!!!!
