房屋整体装修干净整洁，很容易到国会山，白宫等重要景点，但是最好不要单独行动，周边环境晚上较乱。

Nicht geeignet für Familien wegen dem Quartier. Sehr laut und im Milieu. Insbesondere der Eingangsbereich sehr schmutzig, ungepflegt mit Geruch und ‚Gangs‘ im Eingangsbereich.

The location is good. Walkable to bus stations and NoMa. The property itself is in great condition, spacious, and clean. Paul responds super quickly, ensuring our smooth communications. However, there are some cons if you're sensitive to the surrounding environment: 1. the hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes (outside, not inside the unit), which gave us a bad impression. 2. there's a drum studio just next door. There's low-pitch but consistent noise every night until 9-10 pm. It's not super annoying, but if you're sensitive to noise, bear this in mind. 3. the master bedroom faces the main road, which started to be busy every early morning. Be prepared to hear bus noises, ambulance/police siren sounds, and car horns starting at 5 AM. 4. there are some homeless staying across the street. These are stuff that we feel are inconvenient: 1. no towel hanger in bathrooms upstairs. 2. balcony locker sticks broken 3. master bedroom window is not soundproof/sound dampening

The unit is as described and was clean. The building was not clean and location is sketchy. Be aware that there are a lot of steps. 2 floors to get to unit and another to access bedrooms. Drum studio next door was loud until 11 pm.

The apartment matched the photos. It had a cool layout, 3 bathrooms, nice kitchen, clean sheets. Paul was really responsive and polite. The building itself and the maintenance of the apartment were unfortunate, though. The building is on a very busy street - it's quite noisy at night, and I slept with earplugs. Lots of homeless people near the entrance to the apartment that approached us for money/a few were screaming at each other over a shopping cart of items. The building itself was very, very dirty and smelly. The hallway is lined with hair, dirty, potentially mouse feces? The smells ranged from cigs, to weed, to fried fish. Thankfully the apartment itself smelled totally fine. The apartment didn't seem entirely clean; there was an ashtray on the deck, change on the rug, stains on bathroom cabinets... also multiple broken handles/scratches from things banging into the wall. Could be a really cool place in a different building on a different street. Bummer.
