I stayed here with a colleague for a writing retreat. We were able to set up full work stations a separate tables that overlooked the water. Also lots of seating inside and out for reading/taking breaks. Excellent wifi. The place was quiet and a perfect retreat for writing. Views from the house and sun room did not disappoint. Frank and Leigh Ann were friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

The accommodations worked perfectly for our large group and pups. It was generously stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. I would recommend bringing plenty of bottled watered. This location has a well. We hope to rent here again the in future! Absolutely beautiful!😍

Frank’s place was comfortable, beautiful, and well kept. The house featured enough space to accommodate our large group. The property is stunning! Frank, his wife, and even the neighbors were a pleasure to deal with. Our group had a great time!

we had a wonderful week here! so peaceful. The house was perfectly clean, bright and airy, spacious and had absolutely beautiful views over the water. The house manual had everything we needed and great recommendations for restaurants "nearby"! we loved sitting outside by the fire pit in the evenings. Frank was very friendly and took us, and our initially reluctant doggie, on a tour of his island retreat. We had great meals in Crisfield and Chincoteague and also really enjoyed the winery that was only about a half hour away. perfect mix of relaxation and activities.
