The house features a sunlit open floor plan with a modern kitchen and sunroom, both overlooking the bay, and those beautiful sunsets (a rare sight on the East Coast!). The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed has an en suite bathroom and water view. There's a 2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and trundle bed; and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed (twin-over-full sized) and small flatscreen TV; the sunroom also has a full-sized futon (though it doesn't have a door). Cozy family room with a wood-burning pellet stove, 2 large couches, lazy boy, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, and a stocked board game cabinet. Both TVs have Firesticks for streaming as well as cable.
