Rick and Pauline have an amazing place, so scenic, amazing patio, with barbecue and firepit with endless supply of firewood. They had the kayaks and private access to the lake was just amazing. The only negative thing was the off road track of 6.5km was a pain if you want to go in and out.

What a beautiful cottage Rick & Pauline have on Iroquois Bay. Words don’t do the property justice. Very spacious layout, large covered patio, generous kitchen. We enjoyed all the outdoor space including the barbecue, chairs down by the dock and the fire pit. We took the kayaks out on the bay and found the potholes (caused by glaciers). The gravel road is a little rugged but we made it in a sedan, just take it slow. Rick & Pauline were easy to communicate with before / during our stay and we hope to be back next year!

Great atmosphere on the site, tucked away from the highway and surrounded by a beautiful view of nature. The cottage was clean and spacious and included all the necessities. The craftsmanship that went into building this cottage is stellar. We really appreciated the outdoor firepit and had many fun nights under the stars. Many nice trails under an hour away from the site, however, we recommend to be alert when walking on the rustic road, as we spotted black bears. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend. We look forward to returning!

Rick’s place is a hidden gem. Beautifully situated, fully equipped with everything you need, and super-comfortable inside and out. The road up to the property was no problem for our RAV4, and the directions were clear. The bay water is clean and warm. Rick went out of his way to ensure that we had what we needed to fully enjoy our time there. I can’t recommend this property and this host highly enough.
