My teammates and I enjoyed our stay at Zhan's place. The view from the property / pool area was amazing as you get to see a lot of greenery - with both Mt. Batulao and Mt. Talamitam in sight. The quality of the furniture are also great and the pool was amazing. Would definitely book this place again. My only wish is to maybe have the dining area air-conditioned. It gets warm in the afternoon.

Zhan is great in responding to any questions we had before arriving. The house was easy to find and has an amazing view. The staff at the premises were very helpful and nice.

Pinned location is 15km away from actual location. Both Waze and G maps launched via AirBNB app were routing me and my friends (in another car) in the same general area in Nasugbu.... too far from the actual location of the property. Host is not able to provide clear instruction in locating the property. Spent 2 hrs driving around Nasugbu before we found the property ---have booked a property in the same location in the past and did not have any issues locating that property. Compliments to the caretaker for doing a good job in giving us directions (to get to a meeting point), and the house maid was really helpful.
