Mark is such a good host. The property is large and divided into two listings with complete facilities for both. If you are looking for a quiet place though, this may not be for you as the property at the bottom is capable to cater for a big group. If you are booked in with a big group below who enjoy partying &drinking, despite the rules but no enforcement (which seemed common during our stay with different tenants on the below floor) , you may not get any sleep. As the only thing blocking the noise is a glass door frame with open sides. Rules of quiet time 10pmto 7am was not enforced. No key to lock the door which connects the top residence and bottom residence, same situation with the FRONT DOOR when you leave. Leaving us to feel unsecure and not being able leave the house unattended. Although, apart from that, the facilities surrounding the stay were good and the beach is nearby which you can rent a jetski or go snorkelling. Mark is so gracious to give us access to the clubhouse.
