离鱼尾狮，滨海湾，牛车水都很近，步行可以到。maxwell 和老巴刹小贩中心都很近。
2023年2月13日入住这间民宿，一共住了6天。回想这次入住的感受，应该说很棒！首先位置好交通方便近地铁站，靠近唐人街生活非常方便，周边有很多餐厅，还有唐城坊购物中心；另外离克拉码头、鱼尾狮公园都不远可以步行去到；可以用电磁炉做饭，餐具都齐全，有洗衣机干衣机和打印机；房间走道都很干净；最后，民宿服务不错，前台小姐姐很热情周到，入住和退房都是效率很高。唯一不足是旁边大楼工地白天有施工，不过关上窗就非常安静啦。总之，我们在这里度过了一个愉快的假期，希望下次再去！
Great location, easy to access.
Very good location and decent size. The host was responsive. The room was a bit more run down than I expected but it was clean and tidy.
Positives ⁃ Good size for a family of 4 ⁃ Provided a nice baby cot for our toddler ⁃ Beds are very comfortable ⁃ A/C in all the rooms ⁃ Two bathrooms ⁃ Well located; central and easy to walk to Maxwell or Chinatown MRT stations ⁃ Plenty of amenities on the doorstep Negatives ⁃ Could do with a good clean - under the sofa we found 4 condoms, including a used one, a dirty pair of knickers and a slipper. If you are renting out a serviced apartment at this price, you really need to clean under/behind the furniture ⁃ One of the bedrooms has two windows without a curtain, so it gets very bright in there as soon as the sun comes up ⁃ Lamps don’t work, so lighting is very bright. Some bedside lighting or dim lighting in the living area would be a nice touch for the evening ⁃ Noisy building site right outside the apartment at the moment ⁃ No hand towels, hand soap or tea towel was provided, although the reception gave us extra towels and body wash to use as soap, when we asked

Our service apartment is a 5 storey protected heritage building located in The Central of the city. This Nyonya Baba building is full of Southeast Asian style. Each suite has bright windows with characteristic traditional shutter looking out to the lively bars and streets.
All suites come with a kitchen, you might want to explore the local market, grab the fresh and unique ingredients, preparing a romantic meal for your loved ones.
Few step away to Chinatown, Marine Bay, Merlion Parks, Garden by the bay and Sentosa Island. Downstairs is the most famous Pub Street in Singapore, with many bars, nightclubs and restaurants for you to choose.
//IMPORTANT: Potential Noise during business hour from nearby pub and bar are inevitable because we are located in the most famous night life’s street. We don’t recommended noise-sensitive traveller book with us. Sound-proof window already implemented for all units.
Potential Noise from nearby Pub and restaurant during business hour (dinner time) until 10:30pm. Noisy sensitive guest please take extra caution before place the booking.
While we had implement high performance soundproof window for all our suites, therefore we barely receive relative complaint (recently updated statistic data shows less than 8% complaint received between June 2022 to Feb 2023)
We don’t have parking facilities, you will need use public parking lots. While we could reimburse up to SGD 10/day parking fee.
