We spent this past weekend at the house enjoying every minute of it! It was our second visit because we had such an amazing time during the first visit. It was unfortunately booked during our last trip to Surfside and we spent the same price on another beach house nearby but nothing beats this property. We will be back!

The start of the vacation was not good. it took 20 mins to get the right code from Vacasa. The house was very dusty. The ac return and ceiling fans were filthy with dust. The kitchen had ants on the counter and cabinets. There was a safety hazard with outdoor light fixtures hanging by a wire. All in all, the house is nice, however, it does need attention and some maintenance.

Our stay was just what we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Private bridge to the beach, great deck views perfect for sipping morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Fully stocked kitchen amenities, toiletries and linens. This a great house for a family getaway and we plan to be back! The property manager was AMAZING! Thank you for sharing your home.

This was a family vacation with our two grown sons, and the family of our younger son. The location was great; beachfront with private walkway to beach. Bedrooms for everyone (4) wonderful view of Gulf. All appliances worked fine and amenities were just as described. 8 year old grandson had a wonderful time at the beach. This area of the beach is not as crowded as others. AC worked very well and we were all comfortable. Mostly cooked at the house. No distractions and enjoyed the bird life, including pelicans, gulls, and tree ducks- only seen to any extent in this part of the world. Surf was a little rough for surf fishing, but this is always hit or miss. House was great and we'll return if we can get everyone together again. All agreed that it was a special vacation.
