Great place to stay while in town for a track meet. The studio was clean, bright, comfortable, and quiet. The location is convenient to Hayward Field; about a mile walk through a beautiful neighborhood. No complaints!

Fantastic little bungalow! It was perfect for just me when visiting my child at UofO. A quick 7-8 min walk (5-6 blocks) through a quiet and gorgeous neighborhood from Alivia’s bungalow to my kids dorm on campus. The bungalow is really small but I didn’t need much more space since I was really only sleeping there. Super quiet and peaceful for a few good nights of sleep. Easy parking right outside the front door. I also felt very safe walking home late at night. The entrance to the bungalow is through a cute little alley with no lights which might make some people a little nervous at night but it didn’t bother me too much since the neighborhood was really safe and to me felt safe. I would absolutely stay here again. Alivia was a kind and responsive host and I appreciated her hospitality.

this was a perfect spot for a night away in Eugene. we were there for a concert at the Matthew Knight Arena and Alivia's place was not only super cute and a wonderful use of space, it was easy to get to our venue and felt safe walking even at midnight. Would definitely come back.

Such a cute find! Extremely easy parking, conveniently located. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing little home! Felt so peaceful.
