Enjoy the luxurious comforts of a grand villa just a hop-step-and-a-jump from the Wellington's Central Business District (CBD). Our house (Catacombs) is a large heritage-property first built in 1873 and then carefully restored by us in 2010 to bring it back to its former glory. Catacombs is located just outside the CBD with easy walking access to everything: Te Papa (museum), Cuba Street (restaurants), Sky Stadium (sports & events), Courtenay Place (entertainment & nightlife), CBD (cafes). The house has three bedrooms (for 3 couples) and two bathrooms upstairs. There are Queen Beds in two bedrooms and a Super King Bed in the other. The Super King Bed only can be separated to form 2xKing Single Beds. Please advise us your bedding preference when requesting a booking. The living spaces downstairs consist of a full-bathroom, a large kitchen, separate dining, a large living room and a separate TV/family room next to the kitchen. The house comes fully furnished, with bedding & linen, laundry with washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils for a comfortable stay.
