House was in incredible condition!! Very clean. It was a work trip and wended up extending our stay even though it means driving a longer distance because how good was the house. Thank you Ryan!

Vacationed here for a long weekend. Easy in and out for our bikes and was able to use the entire garage. Pea Ridge lacks restaurants but close enough to bigger cities it’s not bad if you have some extra time. Ryan (host) was awesome and very responsive to questions. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Directions and check-in were very easy. We had a few questions when we arrived which were answered promptly by Ryan. he was very kind and helpful. The house was even better than the photos. It was very well fitted with kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry accessories. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives nearby. There were activities such as a great public pool, walking trails, museums and restaurants as well as shopping and grocery within an easy drive. The patio provided a pleasant area for relaxing. If we were to spend a week in the area again we would definitely consider another stay here if Ryan would have us.

Great host, very friendly and accommodating. The house was just as described, quiet and peaceful, on a dead end street, just what I was looking for. Inside, the house, linens, etc. we’re spotless. Very well appointed with nice appliances and plenty of utensils, dishes, glasses to feed a tableful. I would definitely rent from Ryan again.
