Start your next adventure at ADK Herrenhaus, our 2-bed, 1 bath home is centrally located in the Hamlet of Long Lake, where you’ll be greeted with incredible views of the High Peaks along your journey. Featuring a large deck offering both a lounge & dining area; there’s even space for your yoga. The backyard features gardens, a grilling area, and a firepit, perfect for an evening of stargazing and relaxation. Ideal for family fun, and outdoor enthusiasts. -Direst access to the snowmobile trail -Farmers Market next door at the Mt. Sabattis recreation area every Thursday(seasonally) -PRIVATE SUITE with deck entrance (11 Stairs to climb) -MAXIMUM GUESTS 5 Including infants/toddlers -PRIVATE PARKING/DRIVEWAY. NOTE: There is an additional parking area for suite 1 to accommodate a motorcycle, snowmobile, and/or boat trailer in our driveway closest to Stewarts gas station(onsite parking) Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking/baking tools, instant single serve coffee maker w 8 oz coffee mugs, linens (extra linens/blankets/pillows upon request), bath towels. Shared space includes: Outdoor seating(yard), bbq grill, and a fire-pit area. Enjoy secured high speed Wi-Fi. We subscribe to YouTube TV for your entertainment. Our guests also have access to our secure Wi-Fi, and a Roku TV to access YOUR OWN entertainment/streaming services on. The Roku TV has some free streaming options pre-installed, and THOSE services are logged in under our Adirondack Herrenhaus account. Please make sure your NETFLIX, HULU, DISNEY+, PRIME VIDEO, and any other app you signed into is logged out when you check out. We are NOT responsible for other guests purchases, and using your streaming services. -Coming Q3 2024: Highspeed Level 2 EV Charging stations for guest use, currently standard 110/120 volt access is available for your level 1 vehicles portable charging system outlets are located on the exterior of our garage.

One of my favorite Air BnB’s ever! The hosts were very friendly and helpful along the way, check in was easy, the place was spotless and had everything you need for a pleasant stay — well-stocked kitchen, cozy living area, comfy bedrooms, clean bathroom with a great shower. The front patio was amazing, and the fire pit was a wonderful way to end the night. Location was great, within walking distance to stores and quick driving distance to nearby towns / supermarkets for groceries. Didn’t wait to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Adam was helpful reaching out ahead of time making sure I could find the location. Turning a light on for me knowing I would arrive late. The place was clean and well supplied matched the description perfect. Great location for a relaxing trip to the Adirondacks convenient stores and restaurants for supplies. Lots of trails and fire towers to explore near by. Wish I had had more time to enjoy the front porch. Will definitely look them up on my next trip.

This year round community nestled in the Central Adirondacks has been the home to over seven generations of families since it’s early settlement in 1833. Traditional incomes ranged from lumber, forestry, guiding, farming and tourism, which remains the primary industry today. In recent years staying connected cell phone service and and upgrade to competitive high-speed internet, Long Lake is growing and welcoming families to call this place home.
Two-Hamlets one town.
The Hamlet of Long Lake is located in the Central Adirondacks along NYS Route 30 and 28N. The Long Lake Town Offices located at 1130 Deerland Road. Both communities offer Transfer Stations, Water Department, and Highway Department and a robust Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department planning year-round events and helping to foster a sense of place, and community one event at a time!
Long Lake has a school with Pre-K through 12th grade with approximately 65 students enrolled. The one-on-one teaching is unsurpassed and considering the size, students receive a personalized education and the one-on-one with the teachers is an incredible opportunity for the students. Cultural activities are offered throughout the year including concerts, theater, fun family events and so much more.
Raquette Lake, a hamlet of Long Lake, while a smaller population, has a year-round community, located on a lake with 99 miles of shoreline, two marina’s, a town dock, library, General Store and The Tap Room located off of NYS Route 28.

出行信息

Located in the Hamlet of Long Lake you will be within Walking/Bike Riding distance to everything Long Lakey. The Mount Sabattis recreation area is next-door to the property, and so is the snowmobile trail system. There is no mass transportation as this is a remote community. A car is your best option for getting around, and will be required to get to some of the surrounding towns about a 20 minutes trip one way.
