Morgan has created a beautiful space in the woods that’s simple but comfortable, and wonderfully clean. The location is definitely a little remote, so bring whatever food or supplies you want, including bug spray. Also take note that the yurt is right next to the family house, so while it feels very private while inside, it’s not completely isolated for those seeking that.

Morgan was a fantastic host. The yurt was so cozy and beautiful, we instantly felt right at home. My 6yo had so much to do on the property. Morgan also provided fresh eggs from the chickens and milk in the fridge when we arrived. We can’t wait to go back!

MAlgré la tempête hivernale et l'interruption de l'électricité, tout s'est bien déroulé. Les environs sont tranquilles, dans la forêt. Des sentiers de marche sont tout prêt. Pour bien manger, il faut se déplacer à Freeport ou Yarmouth, ce qui est somme toute bien parfait ! La yourte est exactement comme sur les photos. C'est très beau, accueillant et relaxant. L'hôte a toujours été disponible et discrète.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Morgan's yurt! The yurt is surprisingly well-equipped and extremely cozy. Our daughter had a great time with the beanbag, puzzles and board games. The fresh eggs were a very nice touch. We were out and about quite a bit, but would certainly come back again and hope for better weather and more time to watch the hens!

Our weekend at Morgan’s gorgeous little haven could not have been more perfect. From walking through the shops and restaurants in freeport to curling up in front of the fire at night, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to create some amazing memories.
