it's a great place first time we used airbnb and before reaching the property we were sceptical somewhat but when we reached the property it was exactly as it was in photographs and our host parth was supportive and the staff was very supportive

Very nice and thoughtfully planned accommodations. Loved the view and prompt service. Very helpful and cordial staff. Just a friendly suggestion can redo the stairs to a metal structure or a more sturdy one, for an easier access to the property. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the scenery and the peaceful environment.. thank you so much ☺️

Positives - 1.Super responsive host, I must mention his eagerness to help 2. Amazing views 3. Peaceful stay 4. Very kind, helpful and attentive staff 5. Well built and beautiful cabins with serene surroundings Negatives- 1. Very bad roads Reaching here from Nainital costs a fortune if you hire a private taxi, shared cabs are available but they are loaded with locals and their tons of luggage so one is left with no choice but to hire private taxis 2. Due to road conditions renting a self driven vehicle is not possible 3. The food was very bad and chef clearly has no idea what is he cooking 4. Despite asking several times to the caretakers for the prices of the food that we were ordering they couldn’t help us out with a simple menu or prices. The problem is whatever you charge for the food must be told in advance. 5. Hairdryer and basic toiletries were not provided. That being said the caretakers were really helpful everywhere else, they helped us out with everything that we needed.

The place was just awesome. I reached late evening and it was a complete off road track to reach the place. But its worth all the efforts. The place has the best view in all of Pangoot.Special thanks and kudos to Parth and team. Parth never said no to anything , always ready and eager to assist. I will visit again.
