The Beach House is a 9 Bedroom 9 Bathroom Bed and Breakfast. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. We offer ocean views, garden views and views of the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk, as well as the Santa Cruz Pier. We host farm to table breakfast and wine tastings on the weekend. There is a large common area and two brick patios with plenty of room for relaxing! Sharon was extremely friendly and had a beautiful B&B in walking distance from the boardwalk.
Sharon is getting started in her airbnb career. She provided helpful suggestions and was kind. Bathroom was missing toilet paper and wished we could of had some pre-trip communication to create an easier check-in experience (details about parking) time of check-in, etc. But believe it will improve over time!

Welcome to The Boardwalk Beach House located on Beach Hill. This property has 9 Bedrooms with 9 en-suite bathrooms and lovely gardens with patios made for relaxing. Walk 100 yards to the Santa Cruz Beach for some fun in the sun, walk to the Santa Cruz Pier for some world famous food and walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk for some exciting entertainment. We host farm to table breakfast and wine tastings on the weekend. Rates are per bedroom, per night. We look forward to your visit!
