Wonderful house on a great location!

We were in Santa Cruz for a wedding, and Petra's place was perfect for our stay. Honestly, the house was even better and nicer than it looked in the pictures. Plenty of room, clean, private... it also felt more like an actual home than a sterile hotel-style airbnb. Petra was also super easy to communicate with, and made sure we were all squared away before and after we arrived! We'll definitely try to stay here if we make it down to Santa Cruz again.

We enjoyed our short stay at Petra’s home. We were impressed how clean and modern the home was having been recently updated. The single bathroom was very spacious and the jacuzzi tub was nice. The upstairs loft bedroom is huge and has the best views from its balcony. Location was perfect for walking downtown, to the beaches, boardwalk and wharf. It is on a very busy road but road noise didn’t a bother us inside. The small patio with fire pit and conversation set was nice although we ran out of time. The kitchen was great if you wanted to cook at home, but there were only a few pots and pans and limited utensils/ ingredients so I would bring your own if planning on that. If only there was a bbq on the porch or side yard then this home would be perfect! Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 4 (3 humans and a happy dog) had a lovely stay at Petra's place. The size was perfect for our group. We had room to spread out, but also enjoyed the shared space for meals and hanging out. The single bathroom was spacious and spotless with ample towels. The top floor bedroom was super spacious, bright and had a classic view of the boardwalk rides. We had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay and Petra was quick to respond if we had a question about anything. We didn't do much in terms of meal prepping, but the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc so it was nice to know we had that option. Above all, the location and proximity to the boardwalk, green spaces/parks and walking trails could not be beat. The house is located on a somewhat busy street, but noise was never an issue. We will definitely return to her place in the future if it is available.
