A 45 inch SKY GLASS TV with Netflix awaits your cosy evenings in. 2 wide and deep stone steps lead us up to a fantastic size dining reception which has double doors opening onto the rear courtyard which holds a lovely 6 person hot tub covered by a large gazebo and is a wonderful way to relax in private in any weather, against the lovely back drop off an original stone high built wall and rear access gate. The kitchen is extensively equipped an fitted and you will want for nothing, should you decide to cook a formal dinner, or a relaxed evening meal, everything you possibly need is on hand. From the kitchen we are led to a utility area with a tumble dryer and a stunning ground floor shower room. We access the first floor via a hidden central stairway which leads a gallery landing.
