Host was responsive and flexible with check in! The home was easy to find and in a great location for what we wanted! Some cons to the place are that it really does need some work. One shower had very little water coming out and no hot water at all. The towels in both bathrooms were rolls up nicely but when we opened them, they were all dirty. There were small roaches in the bathrooms and bedrooms. And the outdoor area was dirty so we were unable to use that space. Overall, location and bones of this home were great! But it really does need to be renovated, needs to have a good cleaning and some upgrades with new bedding and towels.

Nice location + neighborhood, great host and easy check in. We had plenty of room for everyone (5 adults) and it was comfy for our stay. The yard was a great hang out spot plus it's super convenient to get to anywhere in St. Pete from this home. Driveway had enough room for us to park. However, for almost $230 in cleaning fees for a single night, the floors needed a mopping since it turned our socks black, the A/C returns were clogged with hair/dust, and the bathroom off the hall needed some additional love.

House was nice, but the listing isn't accurate. It makes it look like there is more space than there is. It says it houses 10, but I had 9 and I couldn't have found place for another person to sleep if I had needed to. Host was unresponsive to multiple messages including one about checking in. Digital lock was not working. The only way we got in was because we found a hidden key under a doormat that was supposed to be on a table inside according to the check in information we received.
