Everything about the host and the place was great. Location is great, host was very helpful, and I had no issues. Just few things though which could have elevated the rating from 4 to 5: 1. The room is small and it has no space to keep the luggage - there is a small closet but it has no shelves and it is full with the other items already. if you are living for 3-4 days, it could be an issue. My suggestion is to take some of the decorations (tree, one chair etc) to make more room. 2. the bed is comfortable but barely sufficient - I am 5'9" and with the pillows, my feet was reaching the end of the bed. Not sure anyone taller would find it comfortable. that being said, if you can adjust in those two areas, or are living for a day or two, I recommend this place. Most restaurants, walmart, drug stores are 5-10 mins drive away. and you can use the living room/kitchen which is definitely a plus. If i visit the area again, I would definitely consider the place.

Eunice was a fantastic host and everything was better than advertised. I plan on staying again next time I visit the area. 10/10 would recommend her place.

Eunice's home is my #1 choice in Surprise. It is extremely clean and comfortable. They are a very sweet family and always leave special touches.
