The hotel was amazing, and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Hector and Joshua were phenomenal, they were on top of everything. Always telling us if we need anything to let them know. That made a big different for my family because we felt welcome . They gave us recommendations on were to eat and what places to visit. My whole family (12 ) was pleased and happy with our stayed. Definitely will be back again. The beach was one block away from the hotel. There is a casino right across from the hotel. There is many restaurants to chose from around the hotel, and you can walk to. The hotel has parking for $20 a day which was not bad. There is a cafe and mini self checkout store at the lobby. The pool was not big, but my kids had an awesome time there.

The service was really great. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a 4 bedroom unit for a party of 8 including 3 children and it was the perfect set up. Not too big but big enough that everyone had their own space. The location is also great. Plenty to do within walking distance and a quick Uber ride everywhere else.

We had an amazing stay at HiBird. It’s right in the middle of Condado, a block from the beach and with loads of shops and restaurants in all directions. The place is clean and stylish. Common areas including lobby and pool very well maintained. Staff were always available, friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon!

My party of nine had a wonderful time at HiBird. Juan and Hector were fantastic at the front desk. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The place was pristine. The location was ideal. I would definitely stay there next time I’m in PR.

The service at the HiBird was impeccable - the team was responsive, friendly and attentive! The space was absolutely perfect for our group, clean and comfortable! I love that it was also a hotel so there are additional amenities (like a pool and gym) as well as daily housecleaning services. I was not expecting that so that was an added bonus!
