Absolutely loved our stay at this property, and couldn't find a single fault. Everything was homely, and the bed was extremely comfortable which is always a bonus. The kitchen had everything that we needed. To top it off, we had some lovely welcome goodies. Location is perfect, and opposite Booth's supermarket. Everything was in walking distance. We used Andrew's restaurant recommendations and had an absolutely fantastic Thai meal. Parking is premium in this area, didn't have an issue fitting our car in the car port; it's a large estate. The property is also next door to a butchers and bakery. All in all, an excellent property which we wouldn't hesitate in returning to in the future.

Excellent accommodation, absolutely immaculate. Really central location, everything in easy walking distance. We had a fantastic wkend in Kendal with a day trip to Windermere which was only 15mins drive away. We will definitely be back Andrew! Thank for everything.

I stayed at Andy’s Airbnb for a total of 9 weeks for a work trip. This place is amazing! Spotless, spacious and the surrounding area is so nice. Right in the middle of town, so you can get to booths, marks and spencer’s, and a nice variety of other shops and restaurants by walking. The location is also a good distance so that’s it’s peaceful and quiet from the busy areas. Andy was always available on text whenever I had requests too, and is so polite and tentative. the rooms are spacious, lots of natural sunlight, the kitchen has everything you need, with plenty of cutlery and crockery and a comfy living room too. the fridge was stocked with water, milk and other snacks and drinks. the townhouse has lots of windows for good natural sunlight, but also being in a location that allows some privacy too. alongside two TV’s for entertainment. the townhouse was also spotless when I moved, clean towels and sheets. I could not have asked for a better place to stay, or a better host.

THIS AIR BNB IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY. I HAVE DONE MANY AIR BNB’S THROUGH OUT EUROPE, THIS IS SOMETHING ELSE. IT IS QUIET, YET VERY CLOSE TO A NICE PARK AND LOTS OF AMENITIES. THE HOST,ANDY WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. BEFORE ARRIVAL HE LISTED A WIDE SELECTION OF RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES TO DO. ANDREW WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE IMMEDIATELY. I CAN’T GIVE THIS PLACE AS MANY SUPERLATIVES, CLEAN, LOTS OF LITTLE THINGS THAT REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE, TEA,COFFEE ETC. 11/10 FOR ME!!!

Beautifully presented property and excellent communication from the owner. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anybody looking for a central location in Kendal.
