What an amazing place to make Thanksgiving memories.. Julia was a perfect host.. she responded to every message and made us feel right at home. The entire family is ready to come back for the summer.. not enough stars to signify how much I recommend her lake house!!!!

Julia was a great host and her home was just what our family needed for a few days at the lake. We all live in different states, and this home gave us ample room to be together and enjoy one another in a serene setting.

We adored this beautiful lake house. We stayed for a week with a group of 12 - 7 adults and 5 kids. The setup of the house was absolutely perfect - everyone had plenty of space to both spread out or gather together. Everyone definitely loved the dock - swimming, floating and fishing were daily occurrences. We enjoyed eating at the outdoor tables and sitting on the deck and patio to enjoy the view. Julia was a fabulous host - super responsive and helpful. She responded extremely quickly any time that we reached out to her. We would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again if we come back to the area

Wow, we loved this place! Such an amazing time. We visit Smith Lake every 4th of July and have stayed on the main channel previous years. Julia’s place is on a point inside a cove. It has big water views and a main channel feel without all the intense wave action. Highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Smith Lake - especially if you plan on bringing your own boat! Our boat was protected and we didn’t worry once about it getting beat up. The house was perfect as well. It exceeded all of our needs. So many nice options to choose from when wanting to sit outside and relax after a long day of boating and swimming. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great week at Smith Lake. Loved the house and location. Covered boat dock, plenty of parking, a/c worked great for all levels, lots of extras, plenty of space for multi family vacation. Homeowners were super detailed with information. Very quick to respond. Would definitely book this property again.
