This house is a five minute drive to the quaint hamlet of Narrowsburg where you will find unique shops, good food and a farmer's market on Saturdays in the warm months. Walking distance down the road is the Blue Fox Motel that has a great restaurant open for dinner every night! 20 minutes away from the famous Bethel Woods Music center (where Woodstock actually took place!), there are amazing outdoor concerts and year-around festivals. 40 minutes down the road is some of the best fly fishing in the northeast (Roscoe) for the avid angler. In the winter, we are 20 minutes from Ski Big Bear at Masthope, PA. 10 minutes from Kittatinny for paintball and zipline. 25 minutes from the Monticello Casino and Resorts World Catskills/Indoor Waterpark. 20 minutes from 18 hole golf and spa at Woodloch Resort.

The country roads in this area are terrific. Route 97, the road the house is located on, is considered the Upper Delaware Scenic Byway starting in Port Jervis and extending to Hancock. It is beautiful!
