I reported some issues we were experiencing during our stay and the response was extremely in-personal. The business were not interested in fixing the issues and simply did not want to engage. Running such a business from a central location and farming out care to the on-site staff doesn't work. Issues are not resolved cummunication is too generic and therefore doesn't mean anything. We found that the accomodation was not clean, with cat/dog hair all over the carpets. A distinct smell of urine throughout the property. We also did not feel safe in the house, the front door has clear markings of someone breaking into the property. There are scratches around the lock and the metal is bent. To re-iterate the point above, when I raised these concerns the owner was very disinterested and simply said "contact on-site support". On site support were frequently not in the shop and therefore this is useless advice.
