Our family was in Chatham for our daughter’s wedding. We felt extremely comfortable in this beautifully decorated, updated, pristine home. The host was friendly and proactive. Every detail in the home was thoughtful. Plenty of linens, towels, games, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out and also to hang out together. We loved the roof deck complete with outdoor table and chairs and sun chairs. Perfect gathering spot to enjoy the gorgeous views. There were beach chairs and kayak available. The basement was spotless and had a pool table, ping pong table and shuffle board! The hosts provided an informative binder for guests including local restaurants with website addresses. Each television had a perfect picture. We felt so at home and relaxed. There were many thoughtful details throughout the house. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back when visiting this part of Cape Cod in the future. It exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful home that was warm and welcoming. Every detail was met to make you feel at home. Also convenient to lovely downtown Chatham, it’s restaurants, shops, bike trails and beaches.

Ardys’ house was perfect for our family trip to Chatham. It was fully stocked with everything - especially stuff for kids. Perfect location, very comfortable layout and clean. We hope to be back!

My family and friends, a mix of adults and kids, enjoyed Memorial Day weekend at Ardys's beautiful Chatham home. Everything about our stay was top-notch -- from the host's excellent, friendly communication prior to check-in and during our stay, to the well-stocked and beautifully decorated home. We've stayed at many rentals through the years and this home was by far one of the best! The house itself is clean and newly renovated. Linens were fresh and plentiful, the kitchen was more stocked than my own home, and the bedrooms were set up perfectly to accommodate our mixed group. The property itself is beautifully manicured and provided plenty of space to play and enjoy. The location is perfect, just a quick drive to the main street in Chatham. Ardys is lovely to work with and was accessible throughout our stay. Overall, our visit was 5-star and we can't wait to come back again! Thank you, Ardys!!
