We really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The location was perfect, garden was really clean and well maintained. The place was very baby friendly and my 1 year old son enjoyed running around the house and garden. We loved the fact that it came with a baby high chair and some toys for him. The place was really clean and spotless, my wife usually cleans every Airbnb we go to but for the first time, she didn’t feel the need to clean before we use the bathroom and kitchen! Neil and Heidi were also really friendly and responsive and were only a click away with really prompt response times. I would definitely recommend this place and will only book this place when in need for a place to stay near here.

We had a lovely stay over Easter. Everything we needed was provided, including some unexpected extras to welcome us and to help our stay with a child (toilet seat, toys, books, beach stuff). Location was good and check-in with a lockbox is always super easy. It was really clean and the garden and living room get a lot of sun to enjoy the space.

You can always tell when an Airbnb is actually used by its owners thanks to those little touches that take it from good to great: sharp knives that are actually sharp, places to hang towels, more than one meal's worth of crockery and glasses, games and beach kit... Neil and Heidi's immaculately clean, impeccably decorated place ticks all those boxes and more. We and our children also really enjoyed the secure and beautifully maintained garden, which the photos do not do justice to. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely book again.

Thank you for our stay at N18 in West Mersea. Your place is very clean and comfortable with everything a family would need. There is a real home feeling;-). All well maintained and nicely organised and designed. Kids enjoyed the Lego box! And we did admire the lovely garden in the morning with beautiful flowers. Neil is a very friendly host, very responsive and he provided us helpful advice on places where to eat locally. We will come back, love Mersea and their beach side walks….
