Linsy was a 5 star host, she was very responsive and accommodating, and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Any questions we had were answered extremely promptly. With regards to the property each bedroom has en-suites bathrooms which was lovely and Linsy had provided a fan in each bedroom which was welcomed as it was warm on our trip and we found the house hot. As a family of four we would have preferred a dining table over the breakfast bar but managed fine. Parking was good and a nice addition but the estate is very busy and you do have to have your wits about you when travelling in and out. For such a large estate we did find it quiet. We usually like to walk to shops/restaurants but the house was just too far away from the bigger amenities, so you do have to drive yourself or take public transport. We did have a small issue where the TV didn’t work but my husband retuned the satellite & it worked fine afterwards. It was a great base for us to explore Derbyshire!

Linsy was an amazing host. She went out of her way to accommodate our extra requests and was quick to respond to messages. She would even check on us to see if we needed anything. Her place is beautiful and clean, exactly like the pictures. Will surely return in the future.

As a group of friends, we had a lovely stay. Accomodation was as described and had everything we needed. Linsy was always very prompt to reply to our messages and accomodated our requests for check in. Would highly recommed this property and host. Would definitely stay again. A+++

Linsy’s house was a perfect stay for my 7 friends & I. The house was beautiful, very clean and very spacious with a lovely garden and great parking. Linsy was a wonderful and friendly host who was very helpful before and during the stay and a host that went that extra mile! The bedrooms were spacious, very clean and comfy with en-suite bathrooms with great showers!
