Kims place was perfect for our family of four. The setup was functional and our kids loved hanging out in the pool and the views were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay to make meals. The road and driveway were very steep but a short drive into town puts you at two of our favorite restaurants in town, Rhum Lines and Skinny Legs. Would definitely go back and highly recommend those visiting St John to stay in Coral Bay.

Absolutely fabulous! Spent a week in April with our 2 kids. The house itself is gorgeous, with amazing views and peaceful nature surroundings. Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Lots of space to spread out. Great location on the quiet side of the island, but Right near a few great bars and restaurants. Kim is so helpful - available to answer any questions and showed us all the best spots on St John. My kids are already asking to return next year!

We had a great time. Different snorkeling beaches every day. Kim answered questions promptly and helpfully. Perfect weather. House had everything - nice furnishings and supplies. Nice pool. Grocery stores nearby. Donkeys very entertaining. One does have to be prepared for steep hills and hairpin turns driving in St John. Driveway is gravel and steep. 4 wheel drive a must.

We stayed at Kim’s place in Seagrape for 5 nights. It’s convenient to most things in Coral Bay, right up the hill from Skinny Legs. Kim communicated well with us from the time we landed until we met up with her so she could lead us up to the house. The house itself is beautiful with a nice view, good pool area, and 2 king suites. Both showers are outdoors which is kinda funky and we enjoyed it. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned but the main area is not (it has 3 fans) - we did not find temps uncomfortable in March. Although the washer was under repair, Kim did a load for us which was a life saver! One important note - the driveway to the property is definitely 4wd required. All in all we had a lovely stay and would/will come again! Kim made our stay convenient and enjoyable!

Loved our stay! Clean and comfortable, close to Coral Bay, super responsive and proactive. Would stay here again.
