Excellent stay, easy to cook for a group and nice to have bedrooms at opposite ends of the space. Beautiful back deck and yard, loved the kayaks, easy access to big roads. Emily was very responsive and went out of her way to help us. All of us were sad to leave. Highly recommend!

My family stayed here for spring break and I went between content and frustrated many times at this house. We use rental houses exclusively for our family stays, so I have some context and experience on multiple properties. I'll share my observations, as you may not have the same preferences I do. Unfortunately, as nice as the host was, I would not stay here again. STEEP DRIVEWAY: 15 degree grade from road to house was problematic (I would not advise driving a low clearance car or a truck larger than a half-ton due to approach angles and limited turn around area). Peeling wall paper in master ensuite. No way to ensure privacy in master bedroom due to lack of a closing/solid door. No master bedroom furniture such as a dresser (but large closet). Bathroom sinks are located in the master bedroom and not the ensuite. Some amenities were dirty such as the oven, air fryer, and grill. Overall outdoor condition was 'worn' (patio, porch, etc). Otherwise, the space worked and was clean.
