When the key pad battery died they got it taken very quickly and were great about it!the laundry is not what I would call private. It is outside and downstairs, while it is meant for this unit only there is no lock and anyone walking down the street can access it anytime. Over all the location and amenities were great and as expected.

This property is very weathered. Furniture is broken. Couches need to be cleaned or replaced. Dishes are chipped. Not the experience I have had with Vacasa in the past at all. Does not reflect the photos at all. There is a bad sewer order at night as well. I am very familiar with Newport Beach as I lived there for 20 plus years up until two years ago. The beach is great, the bike path is great but this property should be doing so much better for the price. This was not the experience I was expecting.

This place was great! The location was awesome! So close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The house was pretty well stocked with what we needed. The garage had old Beach chairs, camping chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment. The house did have beach towels as well. It was pretty clean, the pillows on the couch could definitely use a wash but overall we were happy!

This was a ladies’ 50th birthday trip…. we are mostly teachers…. our flights were cancelled by the airline … the owner had 6 months to rebook yet refused. We didn’t want to lose a $1700 deposit so we found a way to show up….. the hot tub was cold…. …. there’s no water pressure in the showers….. there was not enough toilet paper …. the neighbors below were smokers and their smoke came right into our condo…. their kids were screaming day and night….there were not enough dishes … the coffee mugs are glued together…the windows do not shut…… nothing was provided as far as basic amenities such as coffee. Don’t book…. it was a terrible experience!

Washer & dryer were broken. reported 1st day, it was fixed the night of our 5th day. I asked them to at least send me fresh towels since I can't wash towels, they said they will send but never did. The place doesn't have AC and some rooms have no fans, and that is ok if all rooms have sealed window screens, but living room is missing a screen and all other windows have the screens with holes or cracks, which allows insects to come in. Living room couch is dirty, smelly and filthy. Bathroom tub was clogged, reported when we checked in. It was fixed 2nd day. Master bedroom toilet was clogged when we checked in, it was fixed the 3rd day. There were dirty wet towels left on top of the non-working washer and I reported them to Vacasa (the company managing the rental). They didn't remove it until the 5th day. We were locked out of the house because the entry code stopped working. This was resolved when they provided us with a new entry code. This was by far my worst Airbnb experience ever.
