This is an older caravan, but well equipped with a good layout. The resort area js great- the reservoir is beautiful and the pool/club house area looked nice (we didn’t use). A few things that would have improved our experience… the address was incomplete and when we arrived we didn’t have the lot number of the unit. The lady at the front desk had to help us figure it out, but it took a while as there are hundreds of lots in the park. It could have done with a better clean- there were a bunch of dead bugs in the window lip of the kids’ bunks right where they sleep. Unit had also not been levelled properly and is on a slant. We also had no hot water due to empty propane tanks- Regina did send somebody out to attempt to fix quickly, but we didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. On the whole, this has the potential to be a great airbnb, but could do with better management. If these few issues were addressed it would improve the guest experience no end.

We planned a last minute spring break vacation and we are so glad we ended up here. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you Regina for being so helpful. We will be back FOR SURE!

Regina has a cleaning fee of $60 and the place was disgusting, sticky liquid all over around the sink, there was a used cup in the sick when we got here. Spiders and dead bugs literally everywhere, it almost looked abandoned with how many webs there were. we left the airbnb and found a new one after being there for no more then 24 hours. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there with all the bugs. we tried contacting Regina about water so we can shower, clean dishes and etc. but it took awhile to respond and when she did respond, she gave me instructions on how to turn the water on but nothing was working, where the valve is, is full of water, and it shouldn't be. everything should've been connected and 100% ready for us to use. we shouldn't have to have done her job to make sure the place is good for people to stay in. I don't and I wouldn't recommend this camper to anybody. oh and this wasn't even the one we rented, the one we rented was broken so she shoved us in the abandoned one.

I stayed for a little over a month here and it was lovely. Very peaceful, beautiful sunsets every night, and friendly neighbors. The laundry room, pool, and public dock is close to the camper and that's a big bonus. There was an issue with the water line for a few days but the host was more than helpful with going above and beyond to ensure I had water. Would recommend this place for all the travelling workers out there.
